Red Lantern FM is back with Episode10 and we’re thrilled to have Ming curating this month’s unique mix featuring sounds from Vietnam.
Rooted in Vietnam’s vibrant underground scene and a resident of @loma.sound and @boardersnotborders, Ming carries the warmth and colours of Hanoi’s nightlife across borders to her current home in the Netherlands. Her sets weave hypnotic blends of progressive house with touches of acid, breakbeat, and funk.
This set speaks of Vietnam between past and present — warm nights, slow rain, and city lights flickering on wet streets. It drifts through memories and dreams, love and distance, where underneath the calm lies a steady chaos — motorbikes in the heat, voices crossing in the air, a country that never truly rests. Mixing old love songs with city noise and modern textures, Ming paints a vivid portrait of Vietnam as it is: familiar, restless, and full of life.
